Therapy Approach:
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, and culturally sensitive lens. I take a non-pathologizing, person-centered, and integrative approach, drawing from various modalities to co-create a space that honours the uniqueness of your inner world and lived experience. Rather than offering quick solutions, I aim to build insight, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. I believe therapy is most transformative when it happens in a space of relational safety - where you’re met with compassion, openness, and respect, and where we move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we work toward building a relationship rooted in consistency, collaboration, and mutual trust, where you feel empowered to make choices that align with your values and needs. I regularly engage in training and supervision to stay connected with the evolving landscape of mental health care and to meet you where you are with presence, warmth, and humility.
