Dear readers & witnesses

This blog is a culmination of a 1000 voices. But I will write it in first person. The voice of peoples inner child as they navigated reality. It will be real and honest because I owe these voices to tell the story of their suffering. Their brutalities. Their oppressions. My writing and your reading will be an act of defiance in the face of childhood trauma and it’s medicalisation.

Trauma is a soul wound.

A wound that is sore with grief rage and pain. Pain of what we needed, deserved but were never given. Of generations that gifted us their traumas that we hold as mental and physical illnesses

My hope is as we take this journey together, you will see us. Traumas raw uncomfortable suffering and pain. And also find yourself in the words of this small act of healing and reclaiming.

May you see and meet yourself

Much love,
Your psychotherapist
Mansi
