I provide a safe and supportive space for self-introspection which helps clients to explore their thoughts, patterns and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and connect with their inner wisdom.

I follow an insight-oriented and client-centred approach, using an integrative mix of various modalities tailored to the needs of the individual. I work towards helping the client feel empowered in their choices through a transparent and collaborative method, while letting them move at the pace they are comfortable with.
