BA in Applied Psychology, MA in Counselling Psychology and Mphil in Clinical Psychology.

Experience:

Therapy Approach:
I take a trauma informed lens with my clients. Apart from that I practice elements from other approaches as well like CBT, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Mindfulness based therapies. I have experience working with all kinds of mental health concerns but specifically with complex trauma, personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, OCD and addiction. I have worked with both adults (18-55) and children.
