My therapeutic approach is humanistic, incorporating a range of modalities tailored to individual client needs. I utilize mindfulness-based interventions to enhance present-moment awareness and stress management. Trauma-informed care and grief therapy are integrated to address the impact of past experiences. Additionally, I employ tools & techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT & SFBT to facilitate therapeutic progress.
I provide a safe and supportive space for self-introspection which helps clients to explore their thoughts, patterns and feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and connect with their inner wisdom. Through personalized guidance, together we build effective tools for managing stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. As a result, they feel empowered from within and can live a holistically fulfilling life.
